As soon as you click on this link, you shall be directed to the page where you shall find the download option. You have to insert model number of your printing machine and driver software will be available to be downloaded accordingly.

For driver software setup process, you need to turn on your computer in normal login mode. Make sure that you also login to your computer through an account that has administrative rights to install applications. If you are logging in from the secondary account, you should log off and sign in again from the admin account.


Now, at this stage, you have a few things to do. At first, you should check device compatibility with the driver software. Your hardware components should match minimum hardware support required for running driver software. Now, you should check the availability of space on your system. Make sure that enough space is available otherwise you shall find the technical error during installation. For installation, a small amount of space of your hard disk will be occupied temporarily. Moreover, the new software shall require the certain amount of space for installation. So, you should make sure that there is enough space.

If space is low on your system, you need to delete or remove unnecessary files or documents from your system. Do not forget to remove them from recycle bin otherwise, space would not be available. Moreover, you can take backup of certain documents and remove them from your computer thereafter. This will also help to free up space on your system.

Printer Drivers Installation Steps at a Glance

When these basic things are done, you should click on setup icon to open it. An installation wizard shall be launched on your computer screen. At this point in time, you should not open any other application. All running apps should also be closed. Multiple applications running on your computer during installation of software is not recommended. It can potentially cause installation glitches.


Now, you have to follow screen instructions carefully. Read instructions on screen, respond accordingly by clicking on the right options. Mostly, you have to click on “Next” button on your screen during this process until installation starts. The automatic installation will continue to happen for a few seconds. When it is completed, you should click on “Finish” button on your computer. Now, this process of installation has been finished completely. When the installation is done, you should restart the computer. After restarting the computer, you should take a test print output so that it should be assured that everything has been done neatly.
