If the Restart option in the gray colour then don’t worry click on Start option.

 

Step 3: Now, you have to again right-click on the Print Spooler. But, this time you have to click on Properties. Here you will see and option name a Startup. You have to set it as Automatic and then click on Ok button to save the settings.

Method 2: Reconnect Printer to Wi-Fi

Step 1: You have to press the Printer Wi-Fi button until the light starts blinking.

Method 3: Disable the “Use Printer Offline” feature with the help of setting

Step 1: First of all press the Windows + S both the keys together and then in the dialogue box you have type Control Panel.

                   

Step 2: Now, in the Control Panel you will get the option Hardware and Sound, click on it. And after that click on Devices and Printers option.

Step 3: Now, find the option Canon Printer option which is under the Printers catalog. After that right-click on Canon Printer option and then select See what’s printing.   

Step 4: Now, you will find the option printers which is available in the top-right corner. From its drop-down menu you have to check that the option Use printer offline is unchecked and click on the option Cancel all documents. After that try to connect your printer again.

 

Method 5: Update the Printer Drivers

If the above methods are not working then there are chances that your printer drivers is out dated. So, we will uninstall them and then reinstall them manually.

Step 1: Now, press the Windows key + R both keys together and here search for devmgmt.msc after that press Enter.

                 

Step 2: Now, from hardware open the sub-menu Print queues and after that right-click on it and select the Update Hardware option.

 

Step 3: Now, after that the window will pop-up will ask you how you want to update drivers. Select the option (Browse my computer for driver software).
